BATTING
Instruction
Lower Half Turn
The legs make the first movement in the swing. They start before the upper body.
Drill: Batter in their stance with hands in position as if holding a bat. Batter Turns Back, then Switches Heels (at half speed). Objective: Switch Heels with little, or No, upper body movement.
