BATTING
Instruction
Straight Line Path of Hands (Bottom Hand Path Awareness)
The sequence of the Straight-line actions with the hands:
Bottom Hand: directed at the line to the inside edge of the ball
Top-Hand: Wrist snaps straight forward, like Skipping a Rock
Extension: After the Wrist Snap, Point the Knuckle of the Thumb
Bottom Hand: remains on the Swing Line until Top-Hand arm is fully extended
Coordinating Both Hands Together (Straight Lines)
The Bottom Hand moves forward only as a result of the actions of the top hand. Top Hand Skip moves bottom hand forward.
Skip-a-Rock - 3 (Drill)
